For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. Appointments
We understand that your time is very valuable and we strive to make sure you won't wait long. If you would like to make an appointment and become better acquainted with our office and staff, please contact us by phone or email. Our office facilitates saturday appointments, emergency walk-ins, and we are always welcoming new patients.
Financial
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you maximize your benefits. We work with patients in many financial situations to help you afford the treatment you want and need. For patients who look to finance their treatment or make payments, we offer many different plans to help accomodate your situation. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. We ask for this advanced notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
